A pro-strength blue-based toning mask that neutralises yellow and brassy reflections in bleached blonde and natural grey hair. Now with pH-balancing citric acid, UV protection, and detangling power. The salon alternative to purple shampoo.

What it does

Three jobs. One bottle.

Kills brassy yellow

Blue-based pigment neutralises yellow and orange tones at the cuticle — cooler ash, every wash.

Extends salon toner

Made to layer over an ash toner — keeps the cool finish you walked out of the salon with for weeks longer.

UV + pH protection

Citric acid balances pH; built-in UV filters help guard colour from fading in the sun.

What's Inside

The actives that actually do the work.

Premium ingredients — same standards as salon brands.

Blue-Base Pigment

Tones

Neutralises yellow and orange reflections at the cuticle. The salon answer to brassy blonde — cooler than purple, faster.

Citric Acid

pH-balances

Restores hair to its natural pH, sealing the cuticle for shine and protecting colour from washing out faster.

Coconut

Strengthens

Replaces moisture stripped during bleaching. Reduces breakage on processed hair while the toner deposits.

Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein

Repairs

Small protein fragments slip into damaged areas of the strand, rebuilding the bond bleach broke down.

UV Filters

Protects

Shields the colour from fading and brassing in the sun — a real difference if you live anywhere this side of the equator.

Detangling Polymers

Smooths

Light enough to leave on without weighing hair down. Combs through smoothly, rinses clean.

How To Use

Three steps. That's it.

01

Wash with regular shampoo first

Or pre-tone with the Black Shampoo for stronger results. Squeeze excess water — soaking hair dilutes the pigment.

02

Apply & comb through

Generously coat from mid-lengths to ends. Comb through to distribute the pigment evenly — patchy application = patchy results.

03

Leave 5 minutes, rinse

Five minutes for everyday toning. Up to 10 if your blonde has shifted seriously brassy. Rinse thoroughly.

Tip: wear gloves. The blue base is potent — that's what makes it work, but it stains nails.

"Wear gloves. Otherwise — incredible. Hair feels conditioned, not stripped, and the brassiness genuinely doesn't come back for days."

Questions, Answered

Before you buy.

Who is this for?
Bleached blonde hair, highlighted hair, and natural grey hair. The blue-based pigment neutralises yellow and orange brassy tones. Some toning effect on natural blonde, but the strongest results are on processed or grey hair.
How is it different from purple shampoo?
Purple cancels yellow. Blue cancels orange and brassy. On bleached or grey hair, the warmth that creeps in over time tends to be more orange than yellow — which is why a blue-based mask actually shifts it cooler where purple just makes it pastel.
How often should I use it?
Once a week for maintenance toning. Twice a week if your blonde is shifting noticeably brassy or after a beach holiday. Don't overuse — over-toning can leave hair looking dull or slightly green.
Will it stain my skin or shower?
It can stain skin and nails — wear gloves, especially the first time. It rinses clean from tile and plastic without staining. If you splash any on the bath rim, wipe within a minute or two.
Can I use it instead of the Black Shampoo, or do I need both?
The mask alone tones effectively. The Black Shampoo + Mask combo gives the strongest, most even result — wash with the shampoo first, then mask. For everyday maintenance, the mask alone is plenty.
