To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your item has been damaged in transit, you must send it back with the original packaging to Ethan THOMAS Collection in which the item will be replaced, if the item is out of stock, you will be refunded the total amount.

Items should be sent back to be replaced with the correct item and you’ll be refunded the original price of postage.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty (H2D hair tools)
If you receive a faulty hair tool/s at no fault of your own, You must contact Ethan Thomas Collection for instructions.
H2D hair tool will be sent to them directly from Ethan Thomas Collection and a report will be made to determine the cause of the fault. If the H2D is faulty due to the manufacturing process, you’ll receive a replacement. (Only 1 replacement will be issued during the warranty period)
H2D’s report can determine EXACTLY how the fault accrued, manufacturing or user error. H2D’s report is final.
